エミー賞2013 主要部門結果一覧
今年は裏番組がデクスターの最終回と、シーズン終盤で目の離せない展開のブレイキング・バッドのため、精気にかけた授賞式中継でした。授賞式の開始後1時間で裏番組が開始するため、なんとオープニグナンバーなしで、中盤唐突にサー・エルトンが歌い出し、その後ようやくニールの歌と踊り。ネイサン・フィリオンのサポート付き。なんでこれを最初に持ってこないのか、演出構成が逃げに回っていて裏目に出ていました。
これまで引き受けた授賞式では全開で務めを果たしてきたNPHなのに、どうしちゃったのでしょう。途中で挟まれたHIMYMキャスト総出演の寸劇（ここが一番面白かった！）では、アカデミー賞の司会まだやってないー！と叫んでたけど、次はいつも通りにのびのびとやってね。

14部門ノミネートで鳴り物入りで始まったNetflixのHouse of Cardsは、蓋を開けてみれば、主要部門ではフィンチャーの監督賞受賞のみに終わりました。大物が初回は取りやすい傾向がある主演男優賞をケヴィン・スペイシーが取るかと思っていたのですが、ちょっと意外な結果でした。授賞式でもこのドラマの不気味なキャラを演じ続けて盛り上げてくれていたのですが。
